Guess who is the next yahoo striker to kick the ball back to me?i vse written similar emails over past 2 month
Hello Danny,

I empathise with your frustration, and am sorry to report that, although I do not work for Yahoo or any of it's affiliates, I am almost certain you will either not get a response from Yahoo Headquarters, or they will reply with the same bulldust apologies you've been getting.

Your messages implied you use email, particularly the storage of messages and addresses, as part of your business dealings, and is integral to your ability to earn your living. I strongly suggest you sign up with a globally acreditted organisation that guarantees safe and secure transfer of email direct from the ISP to your hard drive (not internet based), or if you need it to be internet based so you can access email from any PC anywhere, go with a company that provides a service you need to pay for, such as Yahoo Premium services, or MSN Hotmail Premium services. when one of those customers has a problem, it is dealt with THAT DAY, and they establish VOICE based communication with you about the problem with a real physical person within minutes of receiving word of the existence of a problem of this magnitude.

Because you are not paying for your account, it is filed with all the other thousands of complaints they receive every DAY, and most complaintants figure out the problem on their own, or with the advice given by the low level techs. The rest simply give up and work around the problem till Yahoo (when they're good and bloody ready) will provide a programming patch for all their software. Overhauls like this are rare, expensive and time consuming, so cannot be justified unless enough people with yahoo accounts send in complaints that their machine is presenting with the same problem and Yahoo has to yield to customer demand or lose registerers.

Therefore my advice is this. Send out an electronic SPAM petition asking people to try the feature in the same way your problem is presenting, and if it occurs in theirs send in a complaint to Yahoo Customer Service.

To fight a company, you have to think like a psychopath, because the average corporation is medically diagnosed as having a pathological persuit of profit and power. This is proven in the movie documentary "The Corporation", made by three antiglobalisation activists. I suggest it to everyone who has a beef with global society today. I strongly suggest you DON'T SEE IT: it's likely to make you very mad, and I don't want anyone to experience the same fit of rage I felt after watching it.

Blessed Be.
