some one has to flag it. then you get a violation.

Yahoo does not follow the constitution,we are guilty with out a trail and must then try to convince them that we are inocent ,and they rarely listen to that .

They go by the philosophy of "Act Now, Ask Forgiveness Later." But I think they have some valid reasoning for doing it the bass-ackwards way, so it's 6 of one, 1/2 a dozen of the other.
