Why does Yahoo not ban chatroom booters and crackers?


They say they are recordeing our ip in the rooms why can't they do anything?


Recently my wife's id was stolen and when she called yahoo she gave them all the correct info but the birthday was wrong.


Yahoo gave her a hassle to giveing back her name but she got it back.


Yahoo also said the birthday on file with them can not be changed,now my wife has been around for 37 years and she knows when her birthday is and knows she did not screw up on the birthday.


Why is it a cracker has more access to change a birthday than than someone at Yahoo? Yahoo replyed that it is impossible to change the birthday,,,someone lieing.....


All Yahoo needs to do is to ban people's ip that is booting people for 6 months and i beleive the booting will stop.


Also if someone steals your Yahoo id they should be banned from yahoo permenently threw there ip address and there service provider should be contacted by Yahoo and made aware of the offence.

yes someone can hack your account they are called hackers duh if they have your yahoo name they can easily use a program called a brute force attack its a hacking tool that will sift threw hundreds of passwords until it finds the right 1 then bam ur in
