Yahoo account deactivated?

My yahoo account has been deactivated and I don't know why. I didn't get any confermation email in my alternate email address. Yahoo did this without noticing me. There is no answer in yahoo help about account deactivation. I have emailed customer service but all they sent was a automated message about yahoo sign in help. Is there any way I can directly contact real people of yahoo customer service? My account was active about four years. All my addresses and important mail has gone. I don't even know if I have broken any terms and condition of yahoo. Yahoo does not reccomend multiple yahoo IDs. And I had more than one. Is it the reason? Or they looked over my personal emails and found some violation of terms and conditions? Does yahoo has the right to see one's personal emails in his account? Those whose account have been deleted or deactivated please share me your opinions.

I am worried that my present and only account may be deleted any time without notice.

Yes, it was listed when you agreed to the service - I AGREE.

If you don't log into your email account - 90 days - it deactivates the account.

It happens to many people.

Hotmail allows you to REACTIVATE the same account, but Yahoo does not.

Reply:Nowhere in your explanation did you say HOW you believe that your account was deactivated. Yahoo does not deactivate an account unless there is good reason. If it is a case of not being able to sign in, that could just be a glitch in the system. Lots of uses are complaining about not being able to sign in lately.
