Spoof Email From Yahoo Or Not? Says At Top Yahoo Domain Keys Has Verified That This Message is From Yahoo.com?
It's a phishing scam; it's not coming from Yahoo. The address you see in the "From" field can easily be spoofed. (For example, EVERY spam email that you receive has a spoofed email address in the "From" field in order to hide the true origin of the message.)

Yahoo will never ask for your password via email, or in any manner other than the normal Sign In process.
Reply:A fake that's been around for a long time.
