Consultant Attorneys this day of 2007 as my attorney-at-fact (agent), generally to do all such and other lawful acts as my attorney thinks advisable for the purpose aforesaid, fully and effectively in all aspects as i could do myself, by representing my interest ONLY in the Yahoo! 2007 Mail Alert clearance in the State Courts of the United States of America.

Powers of Attorney are governed by the law of "agency", a branch of common law concerned with the delegation of power from one person, generally called the "principal", to another, called an "attorney-at-fact" or "agent".





In exercising this authority:


(1) The Attorneys shall make decisions that are consistent with winner's interest.





(2) The Yahoo! Attorneys shall execute on winner's behalf any releases or other documents that may be required in order to obtain prize clearance, including the request and review of any other information, verbal or written, regarding clearance.





(3) The Yahoo! Attorneys shall act as a witness present at the opening or closing of a depository and at the placement or removal of a seal.


This Power of Attorney concession is made at point of acknowledment in the presence of two qualified witnesses.

It's a scam, period .You didn’t enter a lottery, and YAHOO isn’t running a lottery. All you are going to win is an empty bank account and more trouble than you ever dreamed of. Possibly a “courier” bill for a few thousand to “deliver” a “prize” you’ll never see.g. If you want to bother, forward the fraudulent email to phishing@cc.yahoo-inc.com, spam@uce.gov, and 419.fcd@usss.treas.gov.
