I signed up for my Yahoo! account on the Yahoo! Singapore website, so my Yahoo! email address ends with a .sg. And I have been using Yahoo! bookmarks since.
Then I came over to US, and recently, in my Yahoo! My Accounts page, I went to change the preferred content field under the Member Information section from 'Yahoo! Singapore' to 'Yahoo! US'. I did not suspect that anything was wrong until after a while when I noticed that all my Yahoo! bookmarks are gone. I started checking and found that some features in my Yahoo! email account also went missing, e.g. AddressGuard. Is there something I can do to make sure that all the settings in my Yahoo! Singapore account are transferred correctly over to Yahoo! US? Losing the bookmarks are not so critical, but when I lost AddressGuard (and I did not realise it after a few days), I think I lost quite a number of emails. For now, I have switched my content preference back to Yahoo! Singapore. However, it would be nice to see US content.
Why Yahoo! features are different after I changed my content preference?
