Programing Yahoo! Services purple icon !!?

On my notebook computer using Windows-XP Home and Internet Explorer 6.0.2900, the regular toolbar has a Purple Circle with a white "Y" and

a purple exclamation mark outside of the circle. Mousing over this icon shows the words "Yahoo Services" and Left click on the icon brings

up a small box with two clickable choices, "Yahoo!Sign-in" and "Yahoo! Shortcuts". Left click on "Yahoo! Sign-in" takes me to another small box "Yahoo! Login" which allows me to click on either of two Yahoo email addresses

that I run and go straight to the one selected.

The "Yahoo! Login" box allows one to save the necessary passwords in an encrypted form.

I also have a Desk-Top PC running Windows-XP Home and the same Yahoo programs. On the IE 6.0 toolbar is a similar Purple Yahoo with "!"

icon. Left click on this icon brings up a small box with only one choice "Yahoo! Shortcuts".

I have played around with this every which way possible attempting to attach the other small box "Yahoo Login". Help!!!
