Yahoo 8.0 dosent run right on my $3000.00 computer and will not detect the web cam i have used for 5 years?

the problem is not with the web cam it is in the yahoo 8.0.


this is the worst version of yahoo, ever.


I cant belive yahoo took all the links off their server to the old programming.


I think yahoo is trying to kick people off , by releasing a bad version that wont run, and then cancil the back up to kick free users off messenger


the same way as they have crashed the messenger when the launch cast radio hitts the 200 free songs, then what do they do, well since i listen to heavy metal, they will play country or rap.

some one should really find out the responcible party and cut off and feed them their genatalia.


and i will not get verison dsl just to have a yahoo messenger account.


and my mom who does have verison dsl w/yahoo.


can't send me a emal from her verison email to my yahoo, or her yahoo or any yahoo for that matter.


so she had to make a yahoo account just to email me to my yahoo email.


yahoo has truly gotten as piss poor as symantec has, I give up

I also have the same problem like u, i guess something wrong with the Y/M v8, since I installed it, virus %26amp; unlimited trouble shooting goes after it quite often. Automatically, sign out or unable to sign in, unable to edit the weather... %26amp; so on....Not really bcoz of our pc problem.


Now, I have already installed lower version v7.5, running much better.

Trillian will allow you to have multiple Yahoo accounts and MSN (and AIM and some others which I never use). It's free ... but doesn't do webcams. MSN was always better at webcam, anyway. When I did a lot of that, I used to use MSN for cam and Yahoo for chat.
